Photoactive Materials for Energy | INAM Research Groups

Last Monday 17th September, Fabrizio Guzzetta defended his PhD thesis entitled “Rationale Design of Inorganic Up-converting Nanophosphors Towards Advanced Optical Applications”. The thesis was supervised by Dr. Beatriz Julián and defended under the basis of the international doctorate program, receiving the qualification of Excellent. Maria Rute Ferreira (Univ. Aveiro-CICECO), Socorro Castro (Univ. A Coruña) and Maria González-Béjar (Univ. Valencia-ICMOL) was the PhD evaluation committee.

Ahir, 9 de Juliol de 2018, va tindre lloc la oposició de la Dra. Eva Maria Barea Berzosa, per a obtindre la plaça de professora Titular d'Universitat en el Departament de Física de la Universitat Jaume I de Castelló.

HOPV18 Conference

INAM researchers participated in the 10th International Conference on Hybrid and Organic Photovoltaics, from 28th to 31st May 2018 in Benidorm at the coast of Marina Baixa, Spain . In these past years hybrid and organic solar cells have advanced enormously in terms of efficiency, lifetime, and technology and have a true promise to become an important source of renewable energy. In addition, they present fascinating opportunities and challenges for scientific research and technological development.
