This round table brings together researchers from the Institute of Advanced Materials (INAM) in an open and conversational format to share experiences, anecdotes and reflections on being a woman in science. Through short and approachable interventions, the conversation moves across different stages of academic and scientific careers, from early steps to positions of responsibility, addressing both visible aspects and less evident realities of everyday professional life. The participants exchange personal experiences, real-life situations and insights gained throughout their trajectories, creating a relaxed space for dialogue that invites listening to diverse perspectives on the scientific experience.
